Q: Can I use a PO. Box as shipping address?
A: PO. Box is not accepted. Don’t use a PO. Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package can not be delivered. Please add your phone number when you file shipping information.
Q: Can I get my wig free part? Does the wig can be side part or middle part?
A: Yes. 13x4 lace wig, 360 lace wig and full lace wig are all free part. You can part the wig into any side you like.
Q: How does the hairline looks like?
A: All of the hairline is pre-plucked, every single wig is made by our craft-man who has over 5 years experience. All the knots are even, smooth and tight. It looks just like our own hair grow from the scalp.
Q: What is the size of the wig cap? Can I have a customized size?
A: All of our wigs comes with standard cap size which is 22.5 inches. And it has adjustable straps, normally it can match with different size of heads. We don’t accept customized wig cap for now.
Q: Why my hair or wig is getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Please to wash and conditioning your hair at least once a week.

high ponytail or bun.

Q: Can I straighten or style the hair with flatiron and curler?
A: Yes all of our hair is virgin hair. You can apply heat to it. But DO NOT do it overtime.
Q: How many bundles do I need to do a full head?
A: It depends on how full you want your hair looks like. Anything over 16”, at least three bundles will be recommend. Anything under 16”, 2-3 bundles will work perfectly. If you plan to buy bundles with a frontal or closure. Normally bundles will be enough.
Q: DoI have to use paypal to order? Can I use my credit card?

Q: CanI exchange or cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can contact us within 24 hours via Email or phone call (before shipped). If not, you will be charged a processing fee.
Q: Do I need to pay tax?
A: Usually you don’t need to pay tax, but if your country’s customs is more restrict. You will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels. However, you may need to pay the duties if the custom still charges
